The facility is located on Ahmet Krasaniqi Street, in the Arbëria neighborhood. The facility has 3000m² and is divided into 5 floors. Since the facility was previously rented, it is worth noting that all security-related accessories have remained, and this includes: a 3-meter-high concrete fence, over 50 cameras and a monitoring room. The structural glass walls of the facility are reinforced with bulletproof shields, there is a 90m² safe room (or panic room) completely isolated from any type of interruption or electronic signals. The facility also has internal proximity readers and each room has a fire detector, external fire exit and each floor has alarms. Each room is equipped with an independent automatic air conditioner.
